By accessing or using AskMetricsAI ("the Service"), operated by Binary Universe Inc ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AskMetricsAI is a software-as-a-service product that lets you query your Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, and Salesforce data using natural language. The Service generates tables, charts, reports, and dashboards based on your connected data sources.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We access your connected data sources only to provide the Service and do not sell your data to third parties.
The Service connects to third-party platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Sheets, Google Slides) through their official APIs. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to or outages of third-party services.
The Service uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) to interpret your questions and generate analysis. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before making business decisions based on it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
The Service uses a credit-based system. Each query or report run consumes credits. Credit allowances and pricing are described on our website or communicated to you during onboarding. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime or service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Binary Universe Inc and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your data sources and contacting us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your stored data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
