AskMetricsAI is operated by Binary Universe Inc ("we", "us", "our"). AskMetricsAI is a software-as-a-service product that lets you ask questions about your Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, and Salesforce data in natural language.
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. We use this to create and identify your account.
When you connect a Google Analytics 4 property, we access your analytics data in real time using the GA4 Data API. We use read-only access and cannot modify your Google Analytics configuration.
When you connect HubSpot, we access your CRM data (contacts, companies, deals) in real time using the HubSpot API. We use read-only access and cannot modify your HubSpot data. We strip personally identifiable information (email addresses, phone numbers) from query results before processing.
When you connect Salesforce, we access your CRM data (accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, campaigns, cases) in real time using the Salesforce REST API. We use read-only access and cannot modify your Salesforce data. We strip personally identifiable information (email addresses, phone numbers) from query results before processing.
We do not store raw data from any connected platform. Query results are processed to generate chat responses, reports, and dashboards. These outputs are stored so you can access them later. You can delete individual chats, reports, and dashboards at any time, and we permanently remove deleted data within 30 days.
Your chat messages, report prompts, and generated report outputs are stored in our database so you can access them later. These are scoped to your organization and are not shared with other users or organizations.
We track credit usage (number of queries, report runs) for billing purposes. We also collect basic application logs to diagnose errors and improve the service.
We share data from your connected sources only with the sub-processors listed below, solely to operate the service. We do not sell data from any provider to any third party.

Your chat history, reports, dashboards, and account data are retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual chats, reports, and dashboards at any time — deleted data is permanently removed within 30 days. If you disconnect a data source, we delete the stored OAuth tokens for that connection.
